Personalising IHS

Introducing MyIHS – Individual User Login

In response to customer demand, IHS is pleased to announce an exciting new development: Individual User Login.  This development will not only improve our services but your entire online experience by having more control over what you want to see and hear about.  At present you are provided with a single username and password which is common to everyone within your organisation (i.e. an Organisation Username).  Going forward, all users will create a new individual username and password, replacing the need to use the organisation username; this will provide you with access to MyIHS.

Please note: At present this development will not affect blind logins or Athens subscribers.

What is MyIHS?

As part of the registration process, customers will be able to personalise the products they subscribe to and opt-in to receive email alerts and product specific communication.  MyIHS is an area where the customer can manage their profile information and product preferences.

What are the benefits of MyIHS?

  • Email alerting
  • Individual Favourites and Saved Searches
  • Product customisation, e.g. personalise news feeds

How MyIHS works

Registration for Individual User Logins is a one off, three step process.  Thereafter, when entering IHS products, you will be able to enter your new username and password and go directly to the product welcome page, as usual.
