The partnership with SCI allows IHS to include a wide range of SCI technical guidance and design data information in The Construction Information Service.

Our breadth of knowledge spans comprehensive guidance on structural design, fire engineering, sustainable construction, architectural design, building physics and information technology.
The Construction Information Service links directly to SCI services, including:-
- Steelbiz a technical library for steel construction with more than 3,600 additional publications or to BS 5950-1:2000 a full interpretation of the current standard with worked examples, design paths & interactive flowcharts and other tools
- Access Steel that covers all aspects of designing to Eurocode 3 for
steel and Eurocode 4 for composite construction.
