IHS and The Institution of Structural Engineers sign new partnering agreement!

LONDON and ENGLEWOOD, Colorado – 15th September 2006 – IHS, a leading worldwide provider of critical technical information and decision-support tools including the UK’s leading online service for construction professionals –  The Construction Information Service (CIS) announced today that the company has signed a partnership agreement with The Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE), the world's largest professional body dedicated to structural engineering.

This agreement grants IHS the rights to include a wide range of The Institution of Structural Engineers publications in The Construction Information Service (CIS), the leading source of technical information for structural engineers, architects, civil engineers, building control officers, building services engineers and other professionals in the construction industry. The Construction Information Service (CIS) provides fundamental industry information and legislation, as well as additional sector material with an extensive range of full-text documents covering all aspects of the building, engineering, design and construction process.
