Once you subscribe to an IHS service you will receive on-site instruction (and a handy welcome pack) from one of our customer services representatives, who will also provide ongoing customer support throughout your subscription.

Our team of dedicated customer training area managers in the field provide support for all IHS customers, whatever their location.

Once you subscribe to an IHS service you will receive on-site instruction from one of our fully trained customer training area managers who have extensive product knowledge, and they will continue to provide ongoing field based customer support throughout your subscription.
